The Nari-O-Sishu-Kalyan Kendra is a welfare and development organisation. It was formed by some women from the disadvantaged community, who aspired for dignified lives of the poor, marginalised and disadvantaged women, destitute and the children, through a sustainable and rights-based approach.
During the last three decades, Nari-O-Sishu-Kalyan Kendra, has been able to spread its activities in a number of villages, panchayats, blocks and districts of West Bengal.
The organisation strives for an equitous and gender-balanced society, capacity building of poorest of the poor, marginalised and suffering women, socially excluded and common people especially children and youth.
