Josefina YF Oraa is an independent Consultant and Partner with AANK Advisory LLP, New Delhi. Over the last three decades, she has worked with various organisations in India and internationally on a range of subjects including women’s economic empowerment to facilitate gender equality. She has undertaken studies on skills training for work especially focusing on non-traditional livelihoods for marginalised women in India, and on policy imperatives in this regard in the Asia Pacific region.
